LDKKeyframeEventFn handler
Event handler invoked synchronously, or NULL to unregister.
void *user
Opaque callback context.

Returns

Nothing. Passing NULL disables notifications. Note: Callbacks may mutate or destroy the source; do not keep event pointers.
